Monday Mood | just beachy

There's nothing like waking up on a Monday morning feeling bright-eyed and fresh as a daisy. I'll be honest, it's rare. BUT, when it happens, there truly is nothing like it. It's kind of like waking up to the sound of the waves coming through a sunny, open window. Ok, that may be an overstatement. Nonetheless, this Monday morning has me feeling bright and beachy.

Enjoy a coastal inspired curation made up a few of my favorites from Bliss Home & Design.

Oyster shell chandelier -

Truly fresh design. The wonders of the sea and shore are brought indoors with the Stillwater Pendant. Strands of hand-selected oyster shells adorn a round wrought-iron frame deepened with a rich blacksmith finish. The organic beauty of the fixture makes it ideal for a seaside condo, coastal chic home, summer cottage, or any interior where seaside influence refreshes design.

A sculpture that can easily be mistaken as a bold piece of driftwood -

Create a dramatic focal point in a living room, entryway, or even a nature-inspired master bath. The Kazu Large Dragon Tree Root presents natural tree root on a dark natural iron base, creating an artful display of mixed materials. Due to the organic nature of the wood, each piece will vary in size and shape.

Wooden and weaved arm chair -

Slide it up to a desk, a dining table, a favorite reading spot. Or simply display its impressive artisanal design as an accent piece in any room of your living space. The Kiefer Chair, Mindi puts organic beauty front and center with its blend of wood frame and woven seat.

A graphic throw pillow that can go in many spaces with many styles. The perfect pop for a transitional space. I envision it placed on a sofa in an African beach cottage.

A modern linear design and neutral colors makes the Gaffito pillow a great choice for transitional spaces. Fashioned from cotton and linen, the pillow features a solid reverse, feather/down fill, and a hidden zipper closure that allows the dramatic design of the pattern to remain the focal point.
